Coconut Oil Love

I just returned from the Natural Product Expo in Anaheim, California and loved learning about new healthy food products and talking with food scientists.  One of the products that I saw everywhere was coconut.  There is syrup, sugar, flour-everything!  It all tastes soooo good.  I will be talking about coconut for a good week and sharing some videos, products and health information all about coconut.
